About Change University!
Change University is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization promoting growth in every field of human endeavor. We strive to motivate our young scholars to become productive citizens in society. Based on proven success rates, we offer a curriculum that enhances learning beyond the classroom. Systematically, students that live in underserved communities are more likely to become subject to the “School to Prison Pipeline”, remain underserved, become homeless, or deceased compared to their peers of higher economic classes. We will motivate our scholars to want to succeed as badly as they want to BREATHE!
At Change University, we show scholars the difference between poverty and wealth earlier, versus later, to ensure the understanding of choices. What sets Change University aside from the others, is the ambition and energy from the youth to want the change! Some components to the curriculum are:
- Social and Emotional Learning
- “Real Talk Sessions”
- Career Path Studies
- Basic Financial Literacy
- Culinary Arts
- Sports Training

The History of Change University
Change University was established in 2021. After working in our local school system, at a Title I school, for 5 years, I noticed that there was a need for "intentional learning". I believe that if we give our scholars more options, the probability of success will increase.
After all "Everyday is an opportunity to CHANGE lives. WHY NOT!!!"
